AIA Kansas City is proud to announce our new leadership program, Business of Projects (BoP). It is the companion program to our Business of Architecture (BoA) series that we launched in 2014. In the BoA series, participants learned key strategies for managing a firm. While BoP focuses on managing your projects in the fast-paced, ever-changing world of project delivery.
This year-long program provides participants a thorough study of a project from concept to completion and give insights and ideas from both national and local experts. Series topics will include: Project Financing and Delivery Methods, Project Planning, Working with Clients, Design Management, Construction Documentation, and Construction Contract Administration & Project Closeout.
