Wellner, AIA, established Wellner Architects, Inc. in 1987.  Over the past 29 years, Julie has maintained a consisted staff of qualified architects and interior designers.  The firm has diverse project experience ranging from large-scale new construction to detailed remodeling and renovation.  Projects sizes include those with a construction budget over $200 million to those with budgets of less than $100,000.  Building & facility types include police & fire stations, crime labs, correctional, educational, warehouse and maintenance, offices, banks, parking structures, research, laboratories, pharmaceutical and electronics manufacturing, community, multi-family housing, and food services.
