BIM models are becoming an increasingly popular owner-requested project deliverable, but sometimes, owners, architects, and contractors often have very different understandings of what BIM should be. We will be discuss common BIM misconceptions, general concepts and best practices around Level of Development standards, and critical conversations you should be having with your clients where BIM is the deliverable.
